Interesting article displaying the rise of homes sales in January. It was the highest month over month increases in nearly 20 months. Good momentum moving forward and we have seen a severe restriction of product within each niche submarket. It will be interesting to see what happens regarding the government’s ” rent and hold model” as we think it would hamper the recovery. Happy reading!
