On January 2nd we purchased a traditional craftsman with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The total sq ft is 962 but has a amazing floor-plan with an expansive backyard, outdoor parking, and a covered garage. The project will be an extensive remodel with a brand new foundation but will insure the reliability of the house for the years to come.
