Recent Single Family Residential Real Estate Market Trends
We have seen an increase in value when it comes to single family residential real estate over the past year. The average price per square foot for San Diego was $348, which is an increase of 3% from last year. The median sale price for homes in San Diego for the three months ending in December 2014 was $450,000. When comparing this to the same period last year there was a 4.7% increase which is around $20,000 in value. When it comes to new homes, the number of new homes sold jumped in December to the highest level we have seen in six years; a sign that we will have an expanding and poised 2015 market.
