Legacy Real Estate Ventures, LLC’s 10 on Columbia Little Italy Rental Development project is rapidly going ground! We wanted to share some of 10 on Columbia’s project updates as we have already poured all the concrete for the garage slab and are well into the framing stage for the 10-unit rental complex which should come in on time and below budget.
Little Italy has experienced “hockey-stick” growth, which has improved the rental demand within the area. This created a massive pent up demand for both for sale and rental projects in the area. Little Italy will come to market at a time with several positive factors on its side such as the extremely low vacancy rate, proximity to shops as well as new developments, and its superior design and construction compared to many of the other projects currently on the market.
