Legacy’s Property Updates
The Hacienda Hideaway
The Hacienda Hideaway is coming together incredibly well. The progression each week has revealed the beautiful Spanish-style home we initially visualized when we first laid our eyes upon this unique and historical-looking property. This home is very California-esque with touches of Spanish accents. We are incorporating very specific landscaping as well as interior and exterior accents to enhance the home’s features. A new driveway is also going in and the old one is currently being demoed and removed. The newly implemented interiors including the luxurious, deep espresso cabinets and rich earth-toned paint palette reflect the warmth of the terracotta whilst other accents embrace the cool hues of the Pacific Ocean nearby. This home expresses its romantic beauty with its arcaded silhouettes and newly added rich colors whilst maintaining the original architectural heritage haciendas and Spanish-style homes are known for.

This craftsman-style bungalow is gaining more and more character each week. Drywall has officially started and will be completed this weekend. Keeping with the tradition of this area, we utilized period styling, clear visibility of precise handicraft whilst giving the home its own originality. You can certainly see the value of precise and specific design of this home from every angle. Plus the utilization of traditional materials combined with clean lines creates a visually appealing home for craftsman-style home enthusiasts. This is truly a home that is designed to be lived in. Whereas many homes solely look beautiful, this home’s layout and feel is designed with the homeowner in mind. The architectural features such as the front porch beneath the extension of the main roof create a perfect lounging area and the tapered, square columns supporting the newly finished roof make the experience all the more appealing. We are looking forward to starting paint and tile next week!
